(located below the color and size options) to add the item to your cart and pay online.
2. Please note: for Stock items will be shipped out after payment received
For Non-Stocks, Special Order fee will be required and The Production will not be able to start until payment received.
We accept Custom-Made design,All the dresses without train can be added a train.
3. Once you make the order we'll send you an order form with all your details: Name, Address, Dress Style, Color.
Your Measurements, Request Date, etc.
Before you confirm an order you can change any detail like color, style, measurements, etc.
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be altered.
4. We will process your order when we receive your payment. ,Regardless of whether your order is New order or Re-order.
A Sales Order Confirmation will be issued to the customer once we receive your Purchase Order.
Customer’s confirmation is required by email or by fax.
5. Tracking number will be sent to your email when package is shipped out, please check email.
Please make sure and provide the correct email address when you are filling out the check out form.
1. Acceptable payment way are : Wire Transfer, Paypal .Credit Card, Western Union and Moneygram
Full payment is required before production, Delivery Schedule will be delayed if the payment delayed.
2. Stock items will be shipped out immediately.
3. For Non Stocks: Special cut fee $30 is required.
If you would like a custom-made(according your measurements,$60 is required).
"Custom-made Order " fee 60$ will be charged
Regular Delivery time is 20 days , but we do accept Rush Cut fee.
“Normal Rush” Delivery is 15 days,30$ will be charged as Rush cut fee and Handling fee
“Super Rush” Delivery is 10 days, 60$ will be charged as Super Rush cut fee and Handling fee

2. Stock items will be shipping out directly in USA,and shipping fee is 29$
For International customers, shipping fee is 79$
Non Stocks will be shipped out from China factory directly , the shipping and handling fee cost 69$ as shipping fee.
Customer has 5 days to review the merchandise after received. If you need any modification (modification is based on original
order and request) or any claims. Please contact us. For returns, 20% re-stocking fee for refund. And make sure the dress is in
perfect condition and clean. The customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be
responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you
finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes. Our size charts follow US
standards.
How do I exchange items?
The best way to arrange for an exchange is to contact our staff who will give you correct instructions pertaining to your
particular order. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary
costs of sending your items back to us.
What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?
All solid products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that
you encounter goods damage, you may contact our staff for assistance.
What products can be returned or refunded?
We are committed to providing high-quality products for your needs. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your
expectations, you can return your order at any time within 45 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the
purchase price. We allow ALL BUT THE FOLLOWING products can not be exchanged/returnable/refundable:
- Custom-made clothing.
- discounted and bargain selection items
- items has been worn
- items purchased over 45 working days
- items damaged by improper cleaning method or wearing.
-For wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, flower girls dresses, and related wedding items all sales are final. This final sale
policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.
