Q:How do I take my measurements?

A:Do not take the measurements yourself. Ask a friend to help you or have your measurements taken by a professional tailor
or seamstress. Make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the dress measurements listed with
the gown. Keep in mind that Evening/Bridal dresses usually run differently (usually 1-2 sizes smaller) than daywear. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are always glad to help. Please see our Size Chart page for more
details.

Q:Are the gowns brand new?

A:Some of the gowns that we offer are brand new and in mint condition. However, most of the gowns that we receive are
samples from high-end couture bridal salons or overstock from designers. Most likely, the gowns that are from retail stores
have been tried on at least once. We personally inspect each gown as it is inventoried for any flaws. Gowns are sent to a
professional bridal gown cleaner and professional seamstress, if needed, so the gown is in ready to be walked down the aisle
condition when the bride receives it. We understand that you want to look your best and strive to offer you a designer gown
of excellent quality and condition.

Q:Does Weddingdressonlinestore accept Custom-made dress?

A:Yes,we have our own factory,so we can make Custom-made dress for you,You can send us the picture and your
measurement.We will make a similar dress for you.

Q:What is your minimum order?and how long is the lead time?

A:As for your first order,we DON'T have a minimul order.We are sure our good quality and low price will attract you order more
from us.  The lead time usual is 6 weeks.But we accept rush order.Please contact us before you place the rush order.

Q: What are your shipping charges?

A:As we ship the dress from China,so unless otherwise noted in the description,our shipping
charges are: 1 item; $29.00 :2-4 items;$49.00 : More than 4 items,please contact our Sales Rep. Contact us

Q:How can I make  the payment?

A:We accept T/T,western union,Paypal and Credit Card.Our sales REP will tell you our
bank info after you confirm the order.

Q: I own a shop.Do you offer wholesale prices to  me?

A: Yes, we do offer wholesale prices to all wedding related retailers.  Please contact us for pricing and availability. Because we
have our own manufacturers, wholesaler mark-ups are avoided and savings are passed directly on to you.  Our pricing is up
to 70% less than retail.

Q: What are your shipping charges?

A:As we ship the dress from China,so unless otherwise noted in the description,our shipping charges are: $45.00:1 item;
$69.00 :2-4 items;$125.00 :5-8 items; More than 8 items,please contact our Sales Rep. Contact us

Q:What is the difference between white, diamond white, and ivory colors?

A: Our colors are defined as follows:

WHITE: This is the stark white color. If your gown is called "white", this is the color you need (unless it is a silk wedding gown).

DIAMOND WHITE: This is just barely off-white, or "soft white". At first glance this color appears white--only after putting it next
to a white veil can you tell the suble difference in color.  Diamond white was made for silk white bridal gowns which are not a
stark white color. It is usually the best choice for "candlelight" or "antique white" gowns also.

IVORY: We use a very light color of ivory, not the darker yellow version. If your wedding gown is called ivory, this is usually the
best choice for you.
